You can use this form to request revocation for an issued certificate. Revocation is only possible when information (for example, first name / last name) is incorrect in the certificate or if it is suspected that the key used for creating the certificate has been compromised. Revocation is only possible within 9 days of certificate issuance. In case of problems with submitting the form, please directly write to support@idnow.de with your request. Quoting Ident ID will help us in finding your case faster.
